The All-on-4® Difference
Fixed Arches Engineered Around Your Ridge
Drs. Mofid and Khorram tailor All-on-4® and All-on-6 plans to your anatomy—not a one-size template. Tilted posterior implants can use available bone when height is limited; extra implants add support when bone quality is softer. If imaging shows insufficient volume, we may recommend grafting or sinus treatment first so your Neodent® implants have a strong, long-term foundation.
Neodent® fixtures, CBCT-first planning, IV sedation on surgery day.
Customization
When Six Implants—or a Snap Prosthesis—Makes Sense
Every patient's dental arch is unique in terms of bone density, slope, and bite alignment. During your initial consultation, we overlay your digital impressions with CBCT imaging to allow Drs. Mofid and Khorram to precisely plan your implant trajectory for optimal stability. Two treatment paths we discuss most often:
All-on-6 or All-on-X
Additional implants can improve support when you need a longer bridge span or have a history of teeth grinding. This approach spreads chewing forces across more fixtures while using the same fixed zirconia or hybrid bridge you may already be considering with four implants.
Snap-On Overdentures
Two to four locator attachments secure a removable denture that snaps firmly into place but lifts out for daily cleaning. This option works well for patients who want improved stability today while their budget or bone volume may not yet support a fully fixed arch.

The Triage & Procedural Flow
From Consultation to Your Final Bridge
Every step of your care is guided by the same digital records. Here is the typical timeline when Drs. Mofid and Khorram coordinate your full-arch treatment:
- 1
Comprehensive Exam
We combine CBCT imaging with intraoral scans to evaluate your teeth, bone, and bite in one digital treatment plan.
- 2
Guided Surgery
Surgical guides transfer the computer plan to the mouth so each Neodent® implant is placed at the planned angle and depth.
- 3
Bone Regeneration
When imaging shows insufficient bone, we may perform socket preservation, a sinus lift, or bone grafting before or during implant placement.
- 4
Immediate Function (Teeth-in-a-Day)
When stability and healing factors allow, you may receive a temporary fixed bridge the same day as your implant surgery.
- 5
Final Restoration
After healing, we take new scans and deliver your definitive zirconia bridge, secured to manufacturer specifications.
Patient Consultation
Candidacy, Osseointegration, and Monitored IV Sedation
Full-arch care is elective yet physiologically demanding. Before calendar dates land, Drs. Mofid and Khorram align medical clearance, airway risk, and prosthetic goals:
Candidacy
HbA1c, anticoagulation, sleep apnea, and tobacco status matter as much as bone height. Tilted implants buy length, but they cannot override unmanaged systemic disease.
Recovery
Expect roughly 4–6 months of structured healing before switching to the definitive bridge—longer if simultaneous grafting was performed. Soft diet protocols and chlorhexidine cadence protect sites during integration.
IV Sedation
Monitored IV anesthesia keeps longer sessions comfortable and immobile for precise drilling. Pre-op fasting, escort requirements, and post-op vitals checks follow Texas dental anesthesia standards.
The Outcome
Function Worth Protecting Between Recall Visits
Fixed implant bridges direct chewing force through the implants instead of pressing on gum tissue, which helps preserve bone compared with traditional dentures. With regular hygiene visits at MAP Dental Center, peri-implant health can be maintained for years.
Stable chewing and a confident smile—supported by your implants, not denture adhesive.
